PVC/KBG/JDG/SC: 4 commonly used wire conduits
PVC/KBG/JDG/SC: 4 commonly used wire conduits
(1) PVC pipe material requirements
The inside and outside of the pipe should be smooth, free of ribs, depressions, pinholes, and bubbles. The inner and outer diameters should meet the national unified standards, and the pipe wall thickness should be uniform.
For insulating conduit accessories and preparations, such as various lamp holder boxes, switch boxes, socket boxes, pipe clamps, adhesives, etc., the length of the sleeve should be 3 times the outer diameter of the pipe, and the matching flame-retardant products should be used.
The wall of the flame-retardant plastic pipe should be evenly thin and thick, without bubbles and deformation of the pipe body. For concealed laying, if there is no design requirement, medium-sized or above ducts should be used.
(2) KBG pipe material requirements
The tube should be marked with the name of the manufacturer, flame retardant mark, model, outer diameter, tube length, performance standard number, etc. of each batch of products.
The inner and outer walls of the pipe are smooth, without obvious bubbles, cracks and uneven color defects; there are no ridges and similar defects on the inner and outer surfaces; the edge of the pipe mouth is smooth, and the insulation layer of the wires and cables is not damaged; the galvanized layer of the inner and outer walls of KBG steel pipe should be bright , Uniform, no damage or fall off.
The pipe wall thickness and inner and outer diameters should be uniform.
(3) JDG tube material requirements
The model specifications meet the design requirements. The surface of the pipe has an obvious non-shedding product mark.
The metal inner and outer wall coatings are uniform and intact without peeling, rusting, etc.
The surface of the inner and outer walls of the pipe connecting sleeve and its metal accessories is smooth and clean without burrs, flashes, sand holes, bubbles, cracks, deformation and other defects.
The pipe connecting sleeve and its metal accessories have uniform wall thickness. The edge of the pipe mouth is flat and smooth, and the set screw meets the product design requirements. The thread is neat and smooth.
The pipe wall thickness and inner and outer diameters should be uniform.
(4) SC tube material requirements
The steel pipe is not flattened and the inner wall is smooth.
The welding seam is uniform, and there is no splitting, blisters, burrs and concave flatness.
There is no serious corrosion of the catheter.
The shape of the lock nut is intact, the thread is clear, and there is no warping.
The diameter, wall thickness and uniformity of the catheter.
